"It was around nine-thirty I believe when Hideyoshi went to find Maria to bring her back to our room. From what he said when they got back here she was still with Rosa, upset because Rosa wouldn't let her spend the night with you, George, and Battler-kun. The cakes seemed to cheer her up a little though"
There is a tea kettle on a tray along with four empty plates with crumbs on them, one that seemed to have more than the other three
Nothing abnormal is found in Rosa or the cousins' room.
Everyone moves to the parlor and after all the doors are locked Kanon and Ghoda hand over their keys to Jessica

I check the parlour's windows and then lock the doors.

There is nothing unusual about the parlor windows.
Kanon notices something sticking out of Ghoda's pants pocket. "What is that?"
Ghoda takes the object out of his pocket and sees that it's a letter. "How did this get here? I don't remember it being in my pocket before" He opens the letter and reads it aloud:
"Curse you, Moon-Chan. You shall not defeat me, the great and powerful witch Beatrice! KYAAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"Gohda-san! Naze!? Why desu ka? Very suspicious indeed hmm? This letter... it is from my arch-nemesis: Beatoriche-Chan. Well we'll see who get's the last laugh. Kikakakaakakakchakhckhakhakhakhakhchkah! *snort.*
Now. Is everyone seated? I am going to ask a few questions. Aside from the obvious, who discovered Eva in the state that she was in? Was the door locked? What time did you run in? Where were you before you heard the screaming?
What did Hideyoshi want to talk to Maria about?"

"Rudolf and I were both sleeping and woke when we heard the screaming. I immediately went to the source, Eva and Hideyoshi's room. I tried to open the door but it was locked so I ran to find either Kanon or Ghoda to unlock the door. They were both in the kitchen. We got into the room about five minutes after the screaming. I'm not sure what time it was, I didn't think to check the clock. I was the first to see Eva standing where she was." Kyrie responds.

As people speak I jam pieces of paper into the cracks of the doors and windows. I'll have to check these later unlike Eva's receipt.

Rudolf bends down to Maria and picks up some of the candy. "Eva, did you eat any of this?"

I propose that Eva had been drugged and the murders committed once she was out. Perhaps the killer drugged something they knew Eva would use in the bathroom.

Eva was drugged but it wasn't from anything in the bathroom. The murders did take place while she was knocked out

Then there is no way Eva could have committed the murders. Maybe it was something she drank or ate that had been drugged.

The drug was indeed in something she drank.

I propose that it wasn't the culprit that drugged Eva, it was an accomplice.

Rosa and Maria did not die together, because their deaths were confirmed in red!

Who would be an accomplice to the killer then?

Who would be an accomplice to the killer then? One of the surviving servants, of course. They are the ones who would be around Eva's drink and would have ample time to drug it before she got her drink.

Rosa and Maria did not die together, because their deaths were confirmed in red! Rosa and Maria did in fact die together. They were both found in Eva's room

If Maria and Rosa die together, the GM is not allowed to confirm their deaths in red. The only way to confirm their deaths is if Rosa did not die alongside Maria, and them being found dead in the same room is no guarantee that they died together.
