Jessica and Krauss eventually catch up with George, Natsuhi, Battler and Eva.
"Hey, have any of you seen Kanon, Ghoda, and Nanjo?" George inquires.

"No we didn't find them." George responds and then nods. "Good idea."
They all head to the servants' quarters where they find the bodies of Kanon, Nanjo, and Ghoda.

"YOSHIYA-KUN!" Jessica collapses to the ground and checks the corpses, Kanon first of all of course. "This is my fault. My stupid sense of honour, my blind judgement. There's no point to me holding the fate of lives in my hands... If we ever find that damn ring of Kinzo's I swear to Go-..." Jessica, after checking for any signs of life and the pockets of the victims, Jessica raises her head in sudden realisation. "Mother, I really have to say, that ring looks quite good on you." Jessica doesn't face Natsuhi, asking the question whether or not there even is any jewellery on her fingers. Jessica quickly scans for anything in the Servant's Quarters that could be relevant to the case.

Jessica doesn't find anything on their bodies.
"What are you talking about, Jessica? The only ring I'm wearing is my wedding ring." Natsuhi protests.
Eva laughs cruelly. "Not so quick to judge me now, huh Natsuhi?" she says, tauntingly
Jessica finds three glasses and a milk bottle on a nearby table.

"Huh. Of course it is. What OTHER ring would I possibly be referring to, Natsuhi?" Jessica coldly walks right by her outside with the study key she took from Genji and quickly walks straight to the study, unlocking it and checking the inside for anything suspicious... or alternatively, SOMEONE suspicious.

"Father's ring, obviously." Eva remarks, answering the question before Natsuhi can say anything.
Jessica doesn't find anything or anyone suspicious in the study.

OOOOOOOH QURLLLLL
I take the ring and run back to the servant's quarters, holding Kinzo's ring. "Natsuhi... I demand you explain this to me. Where is the old man? Tell me!"

"I think you do, Natsuhi. I really think you do."
Jessica slips the ring onto her finger.
"Natsuhi... I will no longer refer to you as a mother. From now on, as the new head of the Ushiromiya family, having solved the old bastard's riddle, I declare you a threat to us all. I demand you co-operate with us as we separate you from our group. I demand you obey for failure will result in punishment. I have made it my duty to protect this family and I will do so at all costs. So why don't you follow me to your room where you can wait until the typhoon clears.
I promise you that when the seagulls cry...
...It will become truly clear that you, Natsuhi Ushiromiya, are the murderer..."
I accuse Natsuhi of the murders.

Turn 3 Game Board Phase EndThe detective, Jessica Ushiromiya - played by Cloud (The Knight of Heart) - has accused her mother, Natsuhi Ushiromiya of murderTurn 4 Meta Phase - The Witch's Court- StartEva-Beatrice bangs a gavel that she summoned out of thin air. "ORDER IN THE COURT! THE WITCHES COURT IS NOW IN SESSION!"
Cloud has 48 hours to prove Natsuhi is the only person who could have committed the murders. I, Eva-Beatrice, must prove otherwise No further red truths will be stated from the Game Master
Evatrice looks around, as everyone is staring at her, expectantly. "Oh...right. Ahem" She points her staff at Jessica
First question: Where did the first murders take place"

Before I begin to explain how the real murderer, Natsuhi Ushiromiya, created these horrific murders as the one true culprit, I feel it is necessary to explain and debunk the hilariously ridiculous myth that Eva Ushiromiya is the culprit. The GM herself has almost entirely broken up this theory with her red alone, all thanks to our brilliant wording, cornering her to reveal this information of course:
Eva was drugged but it wasn't from anything in the bathroom. The [first] murders did take place while she was knocked out. There is only one killer. There was no accomplice. No one has a split personality
Because Eva was unable to commit the first murders due to being unconscious, she is unable to commit ANY murders as there is only one killer. If Eva is unable to kill all people, she is unable to kill ANY people. We can't blame her unconsciousness as a form of her switching personality either, there are no split personalities in this game. We can't even consider Eva as even so much as an accomplice, meaning that Eva truly is innocent.
Therefore I can guarantee that Eva Ushiromiya is not the culprit!
Now, as this is a Witches' Court, I must prove my "Natsuhi Culprit Theory," which means I have to eliminate any and all possible suspects. This can be done with the same red statements as before plus a few more:
The first eight victims were found to be truly dead by the detective [As of that moment] the killer [was] still alive.
This removes the possibility of the killer being amongst Rosa, Maria, Hideyoshi, Shannon, Genji, Kumasawa, Rudolf or Kyrie.
At the time of Kyrie and Rudolf's deaths, Jessica, the detective, was in a group composed of Kanon, George, Nanjo, Gohda, Battler and Eva. Eva was the only person that left this group. The only two people without an alibi aside from Eva is Krauss and Natsuhi who had stated to have split up. We've already ruled out Eva being the killer, any multiple killers, any accomplices, anyone faking their deaths and any of the people within Jessica's group having left, none of them are accomplices and thus did not lie about their positions:
Only Eva left Jessica's group
I can guarantee that Natsuhi and Krauss are the only two people able to murder Rudolf and Kyrie. As there is only one killer, Natsuhi and Krauss are the only people that could commit the first six murders and final three murders!
Now we must deal with the issue of Krauss being a possible suspect. This can be explained through the location of Kinzo's ring, located within Natsuhi's drawers in her own room.
Natsuhi and Krauss are aware of Kinzo's death and thus have his ring, this ring was in Natsuhi's possession and has already been alluded to by Natsuhi to have been accessed - this is shown by her decision to leave and retrieve headache medicine from her room. The fact that Natsuhi notes having split up.
The definite final nail in the coffin necessary to guarantee Krauss' innocence is the deaths of Nanjo, Gohda and Kanon - these murders could not have occurred until after the main party left the parlour. Until the discovery of the corpses, Krauss was with Jessica but Natsuhi was not. Natsuhi does not have an alibi at this point in time either but Krauss certainly does. There are no faked corpses, no multiple killers and no accomplices. Krauss has an alibi and being one of the two only possible suspects as the murderer of Rudolf and Kyrie, the fact that Krauss is unable to kill Gohda, Kanon and Nanjo proves that he is unable to kill anyone.
I can guarantee that Krauss did not murder anyone!
Now to explain the deaths from a Natsuhi Culprit perspective.
The First Twilight:
These murders can be explained as previously alluded to. Natsuhi utilised her medication to drug the six victims and Eva through use of the cakes served by the servants. After doing so, Natsuhi stole a key from Kanon and a knife from the kitchen when the kitchen was freed up. With the murder weapon in hand, Natsuhi is free to unlock the door to Eva's Room - The Crime Scene - which was previously locked by Genji, murder the victims, place the bloody knife in Eva's hand, steal Hideyoshi's key to make it appear as though there was no contact with any of the servants prior to the murders and escape in time for Kyrie and Rudolf to follow through and discover the gruesome scene. Later on she returned the key to Kanon's person. There are no red truths that contradict this theory...
Therefore I can guarantee that Natsuhi was able to commit the first six murders!
The Letter:
In the same way that Natsuhi could have pickpocketed Kanon, she could have placed the letter - written by her and sealed with the ring that was already shown to have been in her possession - onto Gohda's person to be discovered by Kanon, sewing seeds of distrust and discord. There are no red truths that contradict this theory...
Therefore I can guarantee that Natsuhi was able to place the letter on Gohda!
The Second Twilight:
This has already been explained but essentially, Natsuhi and Krauss were the only two without an alibi here, with Krauss having an alibi for a later murder and there being only one killer, Natsuhi is the only person that could have trailed behind Kyrie and Rudolf only to push them down the Boiler Room stairs. Ain't no red truths that say otherwise so...
Therefore I can guarantee that Natsuhi was able to commit the murders of Rudolf and Kyrie!
The Third, Fourth and Fifth Twilights:
In the same way that Natsuhi drugged the first six victims with her medication, she did the same to the final three only with a higher dosage this time. Natsuhi has no alibi and there are no red truths that state this murder happened any other way so...
Therefore I can guarantee that Natsuhi was able to commit the murders of Gohda, Kanon and Nanjo!
I believe that Natsuhi was trying desperately to ensure the headship of her side of the family, by murdering several family members when Eva appeared the most guilty, she attempted to keep herself out of the spotlight, however, her own daughter, the one who solved the riddle of Kinzo's became the true heir to the headship directly. Jessica Ushiromiya's decisions to protect the family became the precedent priority as head and therefore brought about the truth of this catbox which will remain closed to those outside of it. There is only one killer, no accomplice, no-one faking their death and only one answer...
I can guarantee that Natsuhi Ushiromiya committed the Rokkenjima Massacre of October 4-6 1986!

The only reason there are no red truths to counter your theories about the deaths of Kanon, Nanjo, and Ghoda as well as the fact that Kinzo's ring was in her possession is because you accused Natsuhi before I could present the red truths needed to do so.ErgoKrauss could have committed the murders the same way you say that Natsuhi was able to! The milk had been laced with poison. The poison in question was morphine. The milk bottle had been previously opened so it was easy to slip poison into it. This would have to have been done long before the first twilight ever happened. Since Krauss lives on the island it would have been easy for him to sneak a deadly dose of Nanjo's supply and sneak it into the milk. Jessica basically ensured that he had an alibi. Of course Krauss couldn't have known when or if the surviving servants would drink the milk. He had to rely on luck. He could have also planted Kinzo's ring to frame Natsuhi! Therefore I say that Krauss Ushiromiya is the true culprit!Your move

Nanjo checks the bodies. "They are dead Miss Jessica. I'm unsure of the time of death though. But it looks like they either fell from the top of the stairs or were pushed." He checks his watch. "Right now it's about noon."
"We're over here, Jessica." Natsuhi replies from behind her daughter "Kyrie suggested we split up to cover more ground around here." Natsuhi replies "Krauss and I got here as quickly as we could after we heard the scream. But neither of us found the key. So it's still missing." Natsuhi replies.
"No one else left the group aside from Miss Eva, Miss Jessica" Kanon replies. Krauss is not in this scene and is not mentioned even ONCE. He isn't acknowledged as a person that's there except by Natsuhi, we can't take her word for it that Krauss really was there as she could possibly be a killer. Natsuhi openly stated she was in the vicinity of the Boiler Room however we hear no such testimony from Krauss. Natsuhi and Krauss were stated by Natsuhi to have moved to the Boiler Room together but one of them couldn't have murdered Rudolf and Kyrie with another person watching, that would make an accomplice which there are none of! Natsuhi openly lied about this situation!
In the same way that no red truths have been stated about the deaths of the final three victims, we don't even know if they even actually drank the milk, the detective was not there to see it. The only known poison was Natsuhi's medication which was taken by Natsuhi herself. In the same time that Natsuhi was getting her medication was when she was with Krauss but Krauss would not have been able to leave with the medication as that would create an accomplice. There is no statement saying the victims were even poisoned. There is no statement saying that the victims had to have been poisoned. The victims were killed after the main party left and Natsuhi separated from the group.

Your honor, if I may....
Whether the milk was poisoned before the first twilight or not is irrelevant. Natsuhi has more motive than Krauss, because she hates Eva so much that she would go so far as to frame her for murder. The murderer is almost always the last one alive, your power aside in Game Four. However, as this game's master, you did not provide the culprit with an alibi and, as the Witch of Certainty, I declare that Eva Ushiromiya would not survive this incident. Krauss lacks the drive to commit murder as he is always second-guessing himself and never follows through with a sure thing. If Krauss were the culprit, there would be more mistakes and the murders wouldn't be as precise.
Besides, Natsuhi had a time frame to poison the milk. She left the detective's group just before the deaths of Kanon, Nanjo, and Gohda. She used the time between her leaving and her showing up with the others to poison the drinks in the servant's quarters so the servants (and maybe the others in the family) would drink one and die.
