(oops i already said that) After being stabbed, Krauss did not move from where he was. After stabbing Krauss, the culprit ran away and shot him from the distance. A stab wound in the gut never stopped Krauss.
Krauss was not shot from a distance.

"Now then. There's the matter of the bomb. If she didn't have a gun yet, there is but one point in time where Jessica could have set the bomb: the bomb was set to go off before, or during, the first twilight. Surely it doesn't take the entire amount of time she had to clean a murder weapon. The tea is a little trickier to do, but I must point out that the culprit was found under the bed in the gold room by Kyrie, so she must have gotten there somehow. As the two living accomplices were present, they likely aided in some way. Perhaps they provided a distraction or otherwise made it possible for her to slip by; it may well be at this point that she poisoned the tea."

"That's right," Jessica says. She seems to shaken off whatever fear she had, and stands shoulder to shoulder with Kinzo. "I set the bomb before anyone died."
"However," Kinzo says, "Jessica did not require or use the help of an accomplice to poison the tea."

The tea was poisoned after Eva had entered the gold room. The tea was poisoned after it left the guest house.

"Then perhaps the tea was poisoned before it entered the gold room. Jessica managed to poison the tea around the time she killed her own father."

"I didn't say it was at the exact same time, merely that it was within that time-frame. Perhaps it would be clearer to state the tea was poisoned between the time Krauss died and when the tea entered the gold room."

The culprit poisoned the tea while hiding under the bed!

"It's already been stated that Jessica did not need or use the aid of an accomplice to poison the tea. Until it was left in the Gold Room, the tea did not leave the possession of a future victim or accomplice."
The next blue manages to slip past the red being set up.
"Indeed, or rather, close enough. The tea was poisoned right before the culprit hid under the bed."

"Nobody saw Jessica hide under the bed. Kyrie, though, saw something was out of place when the group was leaving and went to investigate."

"Indeed. She always was a sharp one. While no one saw the culprit hide under the bed, Kyrie noticed something out of place when they were leaving and stayed behind to investigate."

When Kyrie stayed behind to look under the bed either Jessica or Kanon held Kyrie at gunpoint.

"There is one matter at hand that I wish to address: Shannon's status as an accomplice. While we don't necessarily need this information to end this game, it's still something I would like to try my hand at. Her willingly dying alongside the man she loved to provide a body with which Jessica could fake her death is not why she is listed here. I propose that she and Jessica had already swapped places at some point prior to the murders! Surely her parents would've noticed such a sudden change, though they clearly didn't realize that corpse wasn't their daughter.... No, Shannon was the one dressed as Jessica in the dining hall! It was a this time that the real Jessica was setting the bomb. She then, dressed as Shannon, came up to the waiting room in time for her victims to sedate themselves. Shannon was sedated later than the others because she decided that she wanted to die with George. And while I'm thinking about it: your earlier insistence that Jessica could've escaped with Kanon while dressed as Shannon? She very well may have intended to elope with him, however no deaths have been accidental; all deaths have occurred due to an intent to kill on the culprit's part! So unless his death was an accidental side-effect of her deliberate use of the bomb, such as her own, this red holds true, even now! She killed Kanon intentionally, and then died because of the bomb she set to go off!"

She killed Kanon intentionally, and then died because of the bomb she set to go off! A decent theory. Yet, if Natsuhi or Krauss would be able to tell that Shannon and Jessica had swapped places after Shannon's death, they certainly would have been able to tell they'd swapped back down in the dining hall. The truth of the matter is, Jessica did not disguise herself as Shannon until after Shannon's death. Jessica did indeed go upstairs with the rest of her cousins to the waiting room. And a good catch. However, let me say that, Kanon and Jessica died at the same time. Due to the general agreed upon definition of a form of death, I did not, though I should have probably informed our friend with the twenty rules that after the bomb went off, Van Dine 18 had been broken.

"I believe you've got it all laid out," Kinzo says.
Jessica nods, a little downcast. "Yeah, I don't think you've missed anything. I think you have an answer for everything."
"For the sake of convenience though, would you restate each of the twilights?" Kinzo requests.
