"Are those guns there shotguns?"

"They're Winchester's, Miss Erika," Shannon says. "They belonged to Master Kinzo."

"Rifles, eh? Tell me, where else are there guns on this island? The murders of Krauss, Eva, Rudolf, and Rosa showed signs of shotgun spray and I found a spent shell in Eva's bedroom."

"These are the only four guns on the island, Miss Erika." Shannon says. "There aren't any others."

"I see." Erika walks over to the guns to check if any have been fired recently, and also checks the ammo.

The guns are all cold, and have been cleaned, so it's impossible to tell if any of them have been fired. None of them are loaded. The ammo shows a similar problem. There are bullets missing from various boxes, but there's nothing telling about when said bullets were taken.

Erika checks the type of ammunition contained in the boxes.

There are several types of Ammo. There are boxes of .410 shotgun shells, .45 cold rounds, and 00 "buck shot" shotgun shells.

Erika picks up the two shotgun shells. "Now then, I've got some questions. First, I want alibis from the servants and the people who were in this mansion last night. Second, I want to know who all had access to the food, drinks, and keys. Third, the study key; who holds it usually and how did it come out of your possession?"

Gohda says he stayed at the mansion, serving light snacks and tea to the siblings and their spouses during the family conference. He stayed up as the storm raged to clean up the last bit of dishes, made Natsuhi some tea when she came downstairs shortly after everyone else had gone back to bed, and then cleaned the teapot after she went back upstairs. Then, he went to get a few hours of sleep before getting up to prepare breakfast.
Shannon and Kanon were in the mansion during the conference, helping Gohda serve the tea and snacks. After the adults went to bed, Kanon went to the guest house, and Shannon stayed in the mansion. She straightened the rooms used for the conference, and went to bed. She then went to sleep, and got up early to wash the floors and prepare for this morning. She states that when she was washing the floors, there were no magic circles on the doors.
Hideyoshi and Kyrie have similar stories. They stayed up with their spouses during the family conference, and then went to bed about 1 in the morning. They slept like logs, and insist that their spouses, Eva and Rudolf were alive at the time, but neither of them woke when they were killed.
"I was tired, so I went to bed early," Natsuhi says, "Or, I was going to. I'd barely gotten ready to sleep when there was a knock on my bedroom door. I... I'm not sure who it was, but they asked me to meet them downstairs. I had Gohda make me tea while I waited, but they never showed up." She frowns, looking down, her voice quiet and hesistant. "I don't really remember going back up to bed, but I suppose I must have. The only thing I remember after that is when I woke up and-" her voice catches, "and K-krauss was there... but he was dead and.." she's shaking badly and clutching her head, "somehow I didn't even know. Somehow I got to bed, and I don't even know if he was already there, or if he came in later."
Lastly, Genji states that he slept during the family conference, and was on patrol while Shannon and Gohda slept. He says he saw nothing out of the ordinary. He was the one who held the key to Kinzo's study, but had given it to Doctor Nanjo so Nanjo could come to the study on his own. Genji planned on retrieving the key from him this morning when he brought breakfast upstairs.

"Well, I hope you've had fun so far, Erika. Hopefully you looked everywhere you needed to as well~"
The world fades to grey, and the players find themselves in the hazy purple tea room for the next step of this game.
Gameboard Phase 1 END!
The smell of something burning attracts the attention of the cousins, the servants, and Erika, and six bodies have been discovered. Erika investigates the murder scenes and Krauss's bedroom, and claims a Master Key as her own. She gathers everyone upstairs in the study and has gathered the testemonies of those inside the mansion. Will the players be able to pin down the murderer?
Meta Phase 1 START!

There were only five victims of the first twilight as Kinzo was already dead. Nanjo was the first of the remaining five to be killed. He was killed for the study key. Alternatively, Nanjo was an accomplice. There is at least one servant involved as an accomplice or as a culprit. The siblings and their spouses were drugged. The only people in the mansion at the time of the murders were the victims, Gohda, Genji, Kumasawa, Shannon, Kanon, and Natsuhi.

If you want to get technical about it, yes, Kinzo was already dead at the time of the first twilight.
Nanjo was indeed the first person to be killed.
Hey, Kyrie and Hideyoshi were in the mansion at the time of the murders. Kanon had already left to go to the guest house.
I won't refute the other two.

I propose that Krauss was the last victim. The culprit killed him, returned the murder weapon to the study, and then planted the key in his bedroom.
The circles were painted by the servant accomplice(s) while the murders were being carried out.
The murder weapon was the Winchester 00.
There were only five victims of the first twilight! We didn't miss anybody, as Kinzo was meant to replace the sixth.
Nanjo was not killed in the basement.
Nanjo was not killed with the same weapon that killed the rest of the victims. Alternatively, he was killed by being struck in the head with the gun.

The Key to the study was not left in Krauss's bedroom on purpose, but the murder weapon had already been returned to the study before the key ended up there.
The murder weapon was one of the Winchesters, using the 00 shotgun shells.
All victims of the 1st twilight have been found, as Kinzo was used as the 6th victim.
Nanjo was killed in the basement, with the same murder weapon as the others.
That's all I'll refute.

The master key in question is still in the possession of the person who took it. The culprit took the master key. An accomplice took the key. No other keys besides the master key and study key were with someone other than their owner during the time of the murders. Nanjo was murdered during the conference. Nanjo was murdered after the conference, when everyone had been drugged. Nanjo was not shot with the gun that killed him and the others. Nanjo let his killer into the study. The killer dropped the study key during a struggle with Krauss. The killer dropped the study key after "discovering" his corpse.

Nanjo was indeed shot with the gun that killed the others!
The Killer did not struggle with Krauss, nor did they drop the key after 'discovering' the corpse.
The Master Key in question is now back with it's rightful owner.
No other keys besides the Master Key and the Study key were with someone other than their owner at the time of the murder.
I won't rebut the rest.
