"Very well then. George was not the first to die. The only people not with me during this time were Natushi, Jessica, Kanon, George, Maria, and Shannon. Shannon lured the victims away and proceeded to threaten Jessica with the gun she took from Natsuhi. Natsuhi, meanwhile, was in the bathroom or perhaps her own room getting medicine for a headache. Jessica ran to her room and shot Kanon by mistake when he entered. Upon realizing what she had done, she was shot dead by Shannon, who never entered the room. Shannon killed George because he had witnessed this act, though it's likely that George died before Jessica. She dumped his body out the window when she heard us coming, having dropped the gun next to Jessica's body and ran down the other staircase into the guest room to buy time. Maria had left to cry somewhere on her own, and it's debatable if Shannon even saw her."

"Pretty accurate. I will point out that Jessica's bed only mentioned three gunshots, though, and two of them were fired by Jessica."

Then perhaps the second shot was at George.

"Perhaps it was. Alright, effective. Now for the easiest of them, the final two murders, of Hideyoshi Ushiromiya and Gohda Toshiro."

"Quite simple. Shannon was in one of the guest rooms that I sealed before I did that. Shannon was not holding a gun, so Shannon came out of hiding, took one of the guns, and started killing. She killed the person whose gun she took first, and as the others that were in the room ran, she exited and opened the other door with her own key. She shot the remaining victim and ran off after those she had yet to kill. I don't know why Maria and Battler were spared from this. Perhaps Shannon had no intention of killing these two. Alternatively, she could've been saving them for last just in case she couldn't get them over to her side."

"While I can mention that the two victims were sealed inside of the same room, your explanation is still effective." Lambdadelta says.
"Unless anyone has an objection to this, or would like to submit their own theories, this will be regarded as the truth."

"Thank you, Lady Lambdadelta."
Kinzo likely died of old age. His death was covered up by the servants, Krauss, and Natsuhi. The five victims that died during the game are another story altogether. The family was drugged by Shannon, as she was the one serving drinks during the conference. Genji possibly aided her in this, but it's not required. Nanjo let Shannon into the study when he went up with her, probably after the family was drugged. Nanjo saw his killer get the murder weapon. He and the other four victims of this twilight were all killed with the same gun! Shannon led Nanjo to the basement at gunpoint. Perhaps Shannon moved Kinzo herself. Nanjo could've been taken to the basement for the sake of leading us to the 'sixth victim' that was the already-dead Kinzo. Afterwords she killed the other four victims of the twilight as Genji moved Krauss' corpse into Natsuhi Ushiromiya's bed. The culprit dropped the study key while making that set-up with the ceramic in the bloody blanket from Krauss' bed. This blanket was used to move Krauss' corpse, by the way. As for the stolen key, perhaps one of the victims took the key for some unknown reason!
Jessica was involved in this twilight. The blood was from Genji and Kumasawa. Perhaps Jessica was just a witness to this crime and this is why she and Shannon turned on each other the next twilight. Jessica changed her own blazer and cleaned herself off during the time I was gone so as to not arouse suspicion from the family. Shannon armed herself with a knife from the serving cart and stopped off in the washroom, possibly to plot her next murders. Genji and Kumasawa entered the washroom together, but were neither sent nor lured. Genji was not murdered because he knew too much or because he had outlived his usefulness. Genji and Kumasawa walked in on Shannon, who panicked and killed them. Perhaps Genji was the one attacked first and Kumasawa second. Genji was not an intended victim at this time, if at all.
Alternatively, she could've been saving them for last just in case she couldn't get them over to her side.
In light of your clarification regarding these twilight, I would like to amend my previous statement. Shannon's victims saw her come out of hiding and pick up a gun. Perhaps Gohda set it down, as he was hesitant to hold one earlier. The two men ran and Shannon followed. The rest of the family was alerted by the gunshots and ran out of the guest room after Shannon and her victims, save Battler and Maria, who stayed behind for some unknown reason. Perhaps they stayed behind to tell me what happened, or Battler stayed behind with Maria to keep her safe.

"Looks like no one has any objections," Lambda says looking over the gathered jury and audience. "Go on then, Erika. As master of this game board, I grant you the power of the gold text. Repeat your full theory using that one last time."

"As you wish, Lady Lambdadelta! I think I will use my amended statement regarding the final murders in my closing argument." Erika turns to the jury. "I, Erika Furudo, can guarantee that the servant Shannon and Jessica Ushiromiya are the culprits of this game!"

The golden threads binding Jessica and Shannon come to life once more, piercing them before the goats move in to devour their dying bodies. The courtroom disappears, shattering violently, and the game board reveals Natsuhi and Kyrie cornering Shannon.
"Drop the gun!" Kyrie orders.
Erika appears from behind them, Battler and Maria following her.
"I'd recommend doing what she says," Erika tells her. "There's no denying you are the culprit."
It probably takes longer than it should, but Shannon drops her gun. Kyrie ties her up and she and Erika lock her in one of the rooms, to wait for when the police will arrive. As they do, Erika details the how-dunnit.
"My only real problem was deciding if it was Shannon or Maria who was responsible, but even this level of reasoning is possible for Furudo Erika."
Natsuhi goes up to visit her daughter's room. She hadn't noticed ealier, but a diary is just out of reach of Jessica's fingertips, just underneath the bed. She picks it up, and turns to the last entry.
In it, Jessica has written about she let Shannon know that Battler was coming back this year, and when Shannon recalled his love of Murder Mysteries, they decided to prank him by setting up their own. Jessica's job would be to keep Battler in the guest house while Shannon got things set up at the mansion, and got the adults in on it so Natsuhi or Kyrie won't give away what they're up to. She talked about how they'd decided to follow the Epitaph Kinzo had posted, as it seemed to be perfectly set up for something like that. Over all, Jessica seemed rather excited about their plan.
Natsuhi drops the diary and sits on Jessica's bed, beginning to cry. Now, there was nothing to do, but wait for the storm to pass. They know it'd be time to go, when it was seagulls, and not humans who cried.

Oh, if it doesn't sound too egotistical (Oh who am I kidding? I'm playing Erika so it would be better if it DID) I would nominate myself for solving this thing almost single-handedly. Something like "Who the hell needs a Watson anyway?" as the title.
