Eva smacked Kumasawa in the face and full on killed Genji to grab his key, steal a gun and kill the others. Hideyoshi smacked Kumasawa in the face and full on killed Genji to grab his key, steal a gun and kill the others. Anyone other than first five victims, George and Kanon could have smacked Kumasawa in the face and full on kill Genji to grab his key, steal a gun and kill the others.

Addendum: In response to "Jessica, wasn't he in the guest house with you?" (referring to George) "No, he never returned to the guest house."
In response to Battler emptying everyone's pockets and checking on the guns. Battler is now in possession of all master keys and the study key. The guns are all present and accounted for.

I guess that we're trying to disprove that the murders were comitted by no-one/19th person. Well lets start with Kumasawa does not have an alibi for the murders. She asked the victims to come and help her with a chore in the dining room where she killed them She then encountered George looking for his father, and killed him in order to silence him. She faked herself being one of the victims in an attempt to gain sympathy/throw suspicion off her.I am almost certain this is wrong. Also, can I reveal Kinzo's death, it might be a little late, but I still have that power right? Kumaswa did not commit murder.

Umm. Eva dunnit? Hideyoshi dunnit? Whoever dunnit just smacked Kumasawa in the head, (or you know, she faked injuries) stole Genji's key to take a gun and full on fuckin' killed everyone in the mouth. Or Genji was already dead dead dead, like, immediately after the key was full on ruxxed. Alternatively, Kumasawa dunnit but we'll have to leave that to Nate to tell us whether or not a servant is the culprit. Chances are Kumasawa didn't do it because that's dumb. I... would rather you make separate blues than this clusterfuck :v Blue walls are Cloud's specialty. What u talking bout?
Besides this is nothing compared to the blue walls he posted in my game

In her testimony, Jessica specifically evades what she and Krauss were talking about. The subject had something to do with the inheritance/Kinzo. Rosa managed to pick up something of the conversation, which she told to Hideyoshi, Kyrie and Rudolf The three then went to confront Natsuhi in the study, where Genji was present. Krauss arrives at this point to continue his conversation with his wife, to find the three in the study arguing with Natsuhi. He manages to convince everyone to go to the dining room. After doing so, he asks Genji to get a rifle and bring it to him. When in the dining room, Krauss opens fire on the guests, killing Hideyoshi, Kyrie, Rudolf and Genji on purpose, and accidently killing Natsuhi. He hears Kumaswa coming and knocks her out with the butt of the rifle. He then sees George come running from the guest house, and confronts and kills him. Afterwards Krauss takes the study key from Genji and returns the shotgun to the study. He then returns the study key to Genji's pocket and goes back to his room.

Jessica, Krauss and Natsuhi were not talking about the inheritance. It was stated that Kumasawas injury was not intentional. If your story were true, why isn't Georges body among the deceased?

George is in the study, dead. He is unaccounted for and 6 bodies have ceased functioning, therefore George is dead. As we searched the guest house, he can't be there and if he was in the mansion then we would've seen him.
I also propose that the murders took place in the study as nobody reported hearing gunshots during the night. The murderer then moved the corpses, possibly with the help of an accomplice, to the place they were found in.
Kumasawa's injury was caused by the murder weapon recoiling when the culprit shot his/her victims. Kumasawa was originally an accomplice.

I have discovered that George is not currently present in the mansion(though our GM decided to render me telling you this hint irrelevant) Also At 10:30 PM, on the 5th of course, 5 bodies seized functioning. At 11:05 PM, 1 body seized functioningI beg to differ with that bit about George

He could still have died in there. Perhaps he was dumped in the woods or in the gold vault, then.
