If that is the case, then please list the victims in the Study! Its been stated in red there are 4 corpses in the study!
And to avoid the question later, there are 4 corpses in the boiler room!

Naturally, the corpses in the study are Rudolf, Krauss, Hideyoshi... Oh shoot.
I'm beginning to see the error in my thinking here.
In that case, here are two proposals:
One: Shkanon indeed killed the men after the VIP room, however, was killed in the process, becoming the fourth corpse in the Study.
Two: Shannon and Kanon have separate bodies, in which case I'll propose Shannon is the culprit and Kanon is the fourth corpse.

Wait no, we both forgot about Nanjo. I got my notes now. I will also with Shanon is dead!

See, this is what happens when you take someone out of the story; it messes up the count. But, I counted him as replacing Gohda in the Boiler room.
But in any case, Shannon is the culprit, but is dead because she was fatally injured in the shootout with the men in the study, becoming the fourth corpse.

Yelling at the painting of the Witch didn't make Battler feel better. After a minute, he stopped.
"George, we need to get the girls and figure out whats happening. Someone must have snuck on the isl..." Battler pauses. George is not with him. "George!" No one responds.
Battler runs to the guesthouse through the rain. He runs in and makes it to the cousin's room. He tries to open the door and finds that the door is locked. Battler sighs in relief. He uses his key to open his door.
Jessica, Maria, and Ange are dead. Battler runs straight to Ange and starts crying. "WHY!!!!! WHY!!!!"
Battler feels something against his head. "I am sorry Battler." says an unknown voice behind him. "But yet again, we are the last two people on the island. This is the end."
In a golden flash of light, Battler is killed.

Aagh. Alright, how about this;
The door the cousins were staying in could lock from the inside, Jessica, Maria, or Ange let the culprit inside, and then were killed! Afterwords, the culprit locks the door.

They had the Study key, however. So obviously they left after Battler tried knocking down the study door, and while he discovered the bodies in the furnace, or was perhaps screaming at the portrait.
In which case.. I guess I'll hesitantly revert to my suggestion that Kanon is the culprit and has a separate body from Shannon who may or may not be the fourth corpse in the Study.
I did just notice the narrative we were given said Nanjo was in the study, so It's possible Shannon is one of the corpses in the boiler room, and Nanjo's corpse is in the study.

Shanon and Kanon are the same person! Doesn't that mean you don't have enough corpses to go around?

Of course they are.
Well then:
There is an extra person on the island in place of Gohda! Say, Erika Furudo, who washed up on shore but wasn't introduced to the family this time around.
One or more of the corpses (Either the ones that have been burned beyond recognition, or the ones we didn't see in the study) are fake!
Alternatively, one or more of the corpses are real, however, not of the person we think they are, and are in fact, the corpse of some stranger.

There is no extra person. There are no more than 17 people on the island! (God I hope I counted that right)

Yeah, it appears so. And it leaves it indeterminate if Kinzo's corpse counts towards the count or not.
So, I'll suggest this,
The four corpses in the Study belong to Nanjo, Krauss, Rudolf, and Hideyoshi. The corpses in the boiler room belong to Kumasawa, Genji, and Kinzo, and the fourth corpse is a fake one, burned beyond recognition to hide that!

No fake corpses! That number I gave includes both living and dead humans, so Kinzo is included.
This is a last desperate attempt at survival. Count the people.

Well, lets see: Kyrie (1) Rosa (2) Eva (3) Natsuhi (4) Battler (5) George (6) Jessica (7) Maria (8) Ange (9) Krauss (10) Hideyoshi (11) Rudolf (12) Shkannon (13) Nanjo (14) Kumasawa (15) Genji (16) Kinzo (17)
Corpses in VIP room: 4, (1-4) Corpses in Study: 4 (10-12 &14, theoretically) Corpses in Boiler: 4 (15 - 17 & ?) Corpses in Cousin's room: 3 (7 - 9) George: Missing at some point Battler: Dead at end.
...Well, it's got a snowball's chance in hell but,
A 'corpse' does not necessitate a physical body, just because Shannon is dead does not mean Kanon is! 'Shannon' died, and is counted as a corpse, but it still allows Kanon to commit the murders!

A corpse is a dead body! Any personality would die with it.

As Battler did not notice when George went missing, George is one of the corpses!
The narrative states that they broke down the VIP door together, but only counts Battler trying to break down the door to the study or going to the boiler room, so George was lured by the culprit somewhere and killed!

Yeah, that's pretty much it! That whole last part was kinda made up as it went along. I can try some other stuff, but it would be silly.
The culprit (the specifics didn't really matter, since I didn't put clues or anything in this story. But I was thinking Krauss as a fill-in) got the Servants and killed them. They were then put into the Boiler along with the body of Kinzo. He then uses his keys to put the Letter in the guesthouse, thinking that it would be found the next morning. Then he gets the men into the Study and kills them. While he kills the Women in the VIP room, he hears Battler and George. He hides in the VIP room as Battler kicks open the door and investigates. After the two leave to keep investigating, Krauss leaves the room, only to get spotted by George. George is knocked out by Krauss and taken to the Study while Battler is in the Boiler room. There he kills him.
Battler does his protagonist emo thing in front of the painting. Meanwhile, Krauss heads to the guesthouse and takes out the girls and hides in the room. When Battler get there, he is distracted long enough by his sister for Krauss to put a gun to his head and shoot.
