Oh, you can't go past strike one. Strike one possible friend, you see. I dunno what I'll do if I hit strike..." He counts the other students. "Well, everyone else. Maybe I'll just give up and try to get out of here before someone takes that bear's advice."

"Hey man. You better slow down with these threats, otherwise it'll be nothing but empty talk and white lies when someone beats you to it-" Gregory begins to move in towards to argument, only to be cut off by an outburst from Remus. "Gregory! Stay the hell out of this." The two exchange vicious glares, different from the gaze given from Remus to Nate. This was a look that implied some long-term turmoil between the two. Gregory slips away with the gradually thinning group of students following Yarn outside - Natasha, Ninjas, Origen, and Lisa by now have already left the entrance hall.

Nate shrugs and heads towards the cafeteria. It's been a long day and he could use some lunch.

The cafeteria is very large. Many long rows of tables are situated across the room. At the end of the room, opposite to the entry, is a bar. A clock is hung on the wall. To the right of the room is a large window, displaying a very small garden surrounded with concrete walls, roofing, and artificial sunlight. Behind the bar is a door leading to the kitchen.

"I want to check the classrooms for books..." Yarn says, "But the grayed out areas like the sick bay seem interesting. And it'd be good to know why they're grayed out, don't you think?" She asks Mukuro.

Nate looks around to see if there's anything to eat while he explores the rest of the first floor.

"Mm~! The sick bay is on the way to the classrooms too! So we'll go by there first!" Mukuro enthusiastically joins Yarn in leading the group. "Well you can do your own thing, I'm going to check the cafeteria to take photos of any coffee they might have there." To everyone's surprise, Edgar had joined the group, but was suddenly departing from it.
In the kitchen is an assortment of organic produce in a large carton in the centre of the room. Along the walls are arrays of sharp kitchen and butcher knives. Within the cupboards and pantries - pounds of butter, flour, other baking goods, spices, sweeteners etc. Within the large refrigerators and freezers next to the multiple stoves and ovens are separated sections of different meats, poultry, beef, pork, and heaps of more... foreign meats. In a chest to the left of the room is full of more traditional cultural food from this country. To Nate it appears quite strange, never having seen nor heard of any of the food from this country.
Edgar strolls on in, looking and finding several packets of coffee from within the pantry and switching on a nearby electric jug. He pulls out a camera from an over-the-shoulder camera bag and takes photos of the heaped teaspoons of coffee granules. "Wait... what the hell Hipstagram is blocked? Wait... no Wi-Fi? God!"

The sick bay, or at least what is implied to be a sick bay as indicated by the giant red cross on the door, is locked - essentially confirming the importance of the greyed out area. The classrooms, nigh identical aside from the different text books seem to house information on English, Geography and History per each classroom. The english room is full of works written by possible previous students.

"My, how awful! Then again, if we had Internet access then we could perhaps get someone to shut this place down. I imagine Monokuma doesn't want that." Nate fumbles around with some of the meats and looks around for some bread to make a sandwich with.

''There's no computers, phones or anything we can use to communicate outside the school'' Said Slayer, coming from Nate's back, ''I checked everywhere and there's nothing.''

"Well that's strange." After Nate manages to get himself something to eat, he'll walk by Edgar on his way to continue exploring the floor. "Sucks about the Wi-Fi, though. Hopefully we'll be able to get out of this place alive."

''Sorry, I always space out most of the time so I'm a little late when it comes to get vital informations'' Slayer replied, while touching his coat's fur. ''Well, Imma go to my room then, so sleepy''. Slayer walks away.

In every room, including corridors, is an LCD screen. Just as Edgar takes note of this, they all switch on, revealing Monokuma once again. "Hey, all you bastards! Just a quick wee clarification. Nighttime begins at 10pm and ends 8am Mountain Time, you may want to change your watches accordingly because I ain't changing the time zone just because you all hail from somewhere else. In this time, it is forbidden for anyone to sleep outside of the dormitories and no-one will be allowed entry into the cafeteria, got it!?"

Nate resumes his tour after this little interruption from Monokuma by checking out the classrooms. If he's lucky he'll find a good book to pass the time.

"Eh... sorry what was that, Slayer? Was that a question? I couldn't tell considering this is just a pre-recorded message! Later bastards!" The LCD suddenly switches off. Nate bumps into the other search party, Remus having joined them at this point, seeing Nate, grunting and heading off without speaking to anyone. There is one particular student written piece stapled to the wall, bordered with a vivid, catching the attention of everyone walking in. The poem is, in itself, not of the greatest standard but it's something everyone finds themselves reading. They say we are the makers, The dreamers, The creators. But we are nothing but believers, Of lies and tales Whispered into our ears. Whispered by the unseen voices Of the unheard images That call and shape what we are said to hold in our hands. They are the liars, The creators, The dreamers. We cannot speak, we cannot whisper, we cannot see what is Pushed so tightly into our faces, We are the fools. And we are the only person in this World. We speak to ourselves. We are all the same. We are the same person. The same body, the same mind. Their sayings Are our sayings That we all say to ourselves. - S . S

Remus speaks as he makes his way in his departure. "It's a pretentious piece of supposed art that Edgar would probably fond of. Some bullshit about talking to oneself, about how everyone is lying to themselves about their own potential... or something like that. It's all faux-symbolism, I'll bet. The teacher probably ate that shit up. Anyway, I'm heading for the cafeteria." He pushes his way past Nate, walking through the strangely lit hallways.
