One of the women in the VIP room was killed by a trap.
The culprit committed suicide.

The Kinzo comment doesn't form a theory on how any of the closed room murders were done.
The VIP room is empty except for the four correctly identified corpses, all of which were killed by the culprit in the room using a melee weapon.

The way that red is worded, it could still mean the culprit committed suicide in the room after killing the other 3 women.

I meant that the four corpses were killed by another person in the room using a melee weapon. To add on, none of them killed anyone.

I state that the murderer is most likely in the room with the woman seeing as the chain was locked, the door was locked and the windows were shut."It described how, after finding their wives and sisters dead, Hideyoshi, Krauss, Rudolf, and Nanjo locked themselves in the study to protect themselves from the Witch." They found their wives however it was not stated that the chain was set or the door was locked.
They easily could have killed the wives first, then the husbands and left (taking the study key with them and locking the study) then killed the servants.
Battler never went back to the chained door. So they easily could have left as soon as they checked.

The letter was meant to be found in the morning. That was the culprits intention.

The VIP room is empty except for the four correctly identified corpses has already been stated.
The second blue truth doesn't explain anything. Regardless of whether it was chained or locked before, it was chained and locked when Battler found the room.
If the husbands killed the wives, how is the room chained and locked? Third blue truth invalid.
Again, The VIP room is empty except for the four correctly identified corpses has already been stated.

That last post was for Yamon. For Ninja, that blue truth might or might not be correct. But it doesn't solve any of the mysteries of the game.

This game works how Beatrice's original game worked. In theory, anything could have happened. But as Battler made crazy blue truths/guesses, Beatrice responded with Red, and that possibility is no longer possible. That pretty much keeps going until you get a correct Blue truth.
So in theory, you could say that a robot chained and locked the VIP room after the women were killed. That blue truth solves one of the mysteries of the game on its own.
I would then be forced to respond, humans and witches are the only animate beings that can have any affect in this game. Animals, aliens, and robots are not in this story.

Perhaps the chain was put there by a victim, who wasn't quite dead when the door was locked. They died before Battler and George arrived.

The culprit is dead before the end of the game.

The wives died immediately upon receiving lethal damage. They did not lock or chain the door.
Also, let me state that a room that has locked windows and locked/chained door is a closed room!
A closed room does not allow interaction between the inside and outside of the room.
---
I hate to do this to you again, but saying the culprit was dead before the end of the game doesn't solve any mysteries on its own.

The culprit was dead before the end of the game, therefore they could have closed the room to the VIP room with the chain lock before dying or closed the boiler room from the inside before killing themselves.

Since you didn't really rebut my theory about one of the women not being dead, I will still propose that.

Nice try, but there are no bodies in the VIP room except for the 4 corpses, which have been accurately identified and have not killed anyone!

Sure, I wasn't trying to lie about that. Rosa, Kyrie, Natsuhi and Eva are dead in the VIP room.

The study key is in the study room! Remember that the door no longer has an auto lock!
